This Christmas season, we wanted to remember those in prison. We were able to reunite 15 inmates with their children! Some of these inmates had their first Christmas in 40 years together.
After reunifications in Oklahoma and Las Vegas, we went to Texas, and in Bartlett and Allred we watched 98 more children run into the arms of their parents in a family reunification that was as amazing as any other so far.
There has never been a greater urgency to reach men and women behind bars. The cycle of generational incarceration is massive, but together we get to do something about it.
